Pioneer operates a complete residential division, which provides high quality installations and service of heating and cooling, ventilation and air cleaning equipment to home owners.  We install American Standard equipment.  Our comfort consultant visits the customer's residence and obtains all necessary information to perform a complete analysis of your home.  Once this is done, we present the customer with several choices of available systems.

The completed job includes a thorough system operation checkout with thorough customer training in proper system operation.  All warranty terms are explained to the customer and we guarantee that the residence is left in exactly the same condition as it was before we arrived - neat and with no indication that a major job was recently completed.

Since our goal is to establish a long term relationship with every customer, we provide an operating manual and our recommendations for schedule maintenance to ensure long term trouble-free operation with minimum energy consumption.
