Last Friday we had our system serviced by Derrick Houston (Pioneer Maintanence Technichian). I have to tell you that he has been the best tech we have ever had at our home. He was very polite and did a thorough job. I don't think our system has ever been serviced so compleatly. He took time to show my husband some things on the outside unit and took the panels off to clean it very well. The other companies only ran water down through it and did not take the panels off. I  just thought you might want to know

We now have had our new Trane High Efficiency XL19i for 7 months, and wanted to say thank you for Pioneer Comfort Systems. The entire experience has been pure pleasure; starting with the evauluation of our system needs and the options presented by your equipment specialist. The installation process only took one day and was compleated by the four hardest working men I have ever seen. In addition to that, they left our home and yard cleaner than when they arrived. Prior to the new system our SWEPCO bills averaged $120 per month, now they are about $50 per month.
